Park Lane Hotel - Lahore

the assistance from staff was commendable, always ready to help with requests. the limited opening hours of certain facilities made it challenging to fully relax and utilize amenities.

Despite the benefits, the room's dated appearance was a downside; rust on bathroom handles and stained sofas revealed a need for updates.

We stayed here for trip in the double room with climate control, a personal safe and an iron. It was nice cosy and everything was really perfect. The venue was in a central location so close to entertainment / food establishments, the restaurant of hot and Lahore...

The hotel staff was very rude.

the venue is safe, clean and the location is good and perfect so close to shopping centre of lahore, restaurants and the airport.

The place was wonderful and cool, nothing to complain about, would be happy to recommend. The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were clean, favourable and absolutely perfect location just off entertainment / food establishments and Lahore and all the restaurants serving desi style chinese. The breakfast was above average and marvellous with a great selection of products.

Fully-equipped & nice cozy unit with the bath and a gorgeous view and a blocked sink. A great selection of food available in the dining area.

This time at the hotel, my expectations were exceeded with the proactive staff and the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was good, with an array of fresh fruits and pastries.

Had trouble with airport pickup arrangements.

I loved the central location of the hotel, making it super easy to explore the city! The rooms were clean and the staff really went out of their way to be courteous. Breakfast had a solid buffet spread that kept me fueled for my day of sightseeing.

My experience was marred by some big issues. The bathrooms were outdated and the air extraction system just didn’t work, leaving everything super steamy. Plus, I encountered some maintenance problems that weren’t handled well. it was pretty disappointing!

The executive suite was beautifully decorated with elegant draperies.

Housekeeping took far too long to respond to simple requests.

It's centrally located and made exploring easy. The staff were professional and cooperative. They even helped return my forgotten cash. They offer great wellness services like massages. Guests loved the lifestyle options available nearby too!

The staff consistently were really nice, especially during breakfast, where the variety and quality of dishes were excellent. The housekeeping service could have been more timely in addressing requests.

great stay in a comfy place

Spacious Executive Suite with a comfy bed and elegant decor. Staff was super professional, and they helped me a lot . Loved the 24-hour room service and the pool! The breakfast had a nice variety of baked goods and fresh juices. Great central location made exploring easy. Would recommend!

I enjoyed the spaciousness of my executive suite, beautifully decorated with elegant draperies and thoughtful amenities. The common areas were easily accessible for seniors.

More assistance with luggage handling would be helpful.
